Bizzle’s story is one of redemption, boldness, and a voice that refuses to compromise. Born Mark Julian Felder in Los Angeles, he grew up surrounded by poverty and instability, chasing the dream of success in mainstream hip-hop. That pursuit led him down destructive paths—hustling, pimping, and sleeping on couches when money ran out. But in 2010, everything changed. Bizzle released “You Got Some Explaining to Do,” a track calling out Jay-Z for negative references to Jesus. The response was overwhelming, and it became clear that God was calling him to use his gift not for fame, but for truth. From that moment forward, Bizzle surrendered his career to Christ, founding God Over Money Records and becoming one of the most unapologetic voices in Christian hip-hop. His testimony is not one of perfection, but of transformation—a reminder that God can take even the most broken beginnings and turn them into a platform for His glory.

I’ve felt that same battle in my own walk, the moments where I know what is right but still feel the weight of my old nature. Paul’s words in Romans 7:19 echo through this song: “For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing.” The beauty is that Bizzle doesn’t leave us in despair—he points us back to grace, reminding us that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness.

In this track, Bizzle strips away all distractions and delivers the core message of Christianity with boldness: salvation through Christ alone. It’s not about fame, money, or worldly success—it’s about eternal life and the good news that Jesus died and rose again for us.
